Yallourn North Primary School’s water and sewerage system will receive an upgrade thanks to the Andrews Labor Government.

Member for Eastern Victoria, Harriet Shing, today announced that Yallourn North Primary School will receive $30,000 for upgrade works to the water tank enclosure, work on the sewer pipe run and tree maintenance to remove roots causing a barrier to the water and sewerage system.

This announcement comes on top of 9 schools across the Latrobe Valley being allocated funding to upgrade classrooms and improve facilities.

The $5 million Latrobe Valley Package will benefit more than 4,300 students across the region and generate work for local trade’s workers and builders.
