PLANNING AN EXCITING FUTURE FOR WONTHAGGI SECONDARY COLLEGE

27 April 2016

Wonthaggi Secondary College will be able to get on and plan a more exciting future, thanks to funding from the Andrews Labor Government.

Harriet Shing MP, Member for Eastern Victoria Region today announced that the senior campus of Wonthaggi Secondary College will relocate to the McKenzie Street site, and planning works for the new site will begin.

Detailed planning work is the first step towards future upgrades at Wonthaggi Secondary College.

By funding more planning, more upgrades and building more schools, the Labor Government is making Victoria the Education State.

The 2016/17 Victorian Budget includes $12 million for school planning across our state, with Wonthaggi Secondary College one of 34 schools to receive funding.
